Stansteel® and Hotmix Parts & Service® are very fortunate to have some of the most experienced people in the asphalt industry particularly for technical service, plant diagnosis, modification recommendations and even entire business evaluations. There are a number of the team members that have decades and decades of experience; anywhere from 10, 25, 40 years or more of experience in the business and specifically involved in Operational and Executive Management. This is hands-on operating asphalt plants, running and growing major hotmix producers in various areas of North America.

We are now offering more of these services to the general industry and we’ve outlined a number of them here. These hotmix services can include everything from inspecting and reviewing a plant to seeing how it could be improved to gain production ton per hour, add important technology changes such as recycle products, RAP, RAS, foaming or even liquid inline asphalt blending. In the more complex terms, we can review and evaluate an entire plant operation or business operation to determine if it is operating at an optimum level or if there can be a plan to change, modify or improve to enhance the company business value.
